New Information and Communication Technologies (NICT) law

Advice on all issues relating to IT law and the Data Protection Act (transfer of personal data, declarations to the CNIL, import of encryption means, etc.), negotiation and drafting of contracts in the NICT field, and representation of our customers in litigation.

Criminal Law and White-Collar Criminal Law

The firm acts on behalf of alleged offenders, whether individuals or corporate bodies, as well as on behalf of victims.

In general criminal law, the firm assists clients at all stages of proceedings (police custody, hearings, interrogations, court appearances). The firm has also developed expertise in assisting victims of burglary and assault, from the moment a complaint is lodged right through to the damage compensation hearing.

In the area of corporate criminal law, the firm has been involved in a number of cases involving money laundering, misappropriation of corporate assets and corruption, both for defendants and for individuals or companies wishing to lodge a complaint.

Customs disputes

We assist and represent our clients, nationals of CIS countries, in disputes with French customs (concerning, in particular, failure to declare capital). We assist our customers at all stages of the process, both before the customs authorities and the courts.

Pre-trial, Disputes and Arbitration

We attach particular importance to the amicable settlement of disputes, and have acquired considerable experience in the field of pre-litigation negotiation.

We also represent clients in civil litigation and play an active role in the development of legal strategies before the French courts.

We have a wide range of experience in commercial, civil and labour litigation.

We also have experience of advising on international commercial arbitrations, both institutional and ad hoc, notably under the rules of the Court of Arbitration of the International Chamber of Commerce in Paris.

Employment law

We advise our clients on the contentious and non-contentious aspects of employment and social protection law, particularly in relation to employment contracts, individual and collective dismissals, negotiating settlements, secondment and expatriation, and obtaining work permits.

We also carry out social audits when a company is being acquired or, on request, when potential problems need to be identified and resolved “upstream”.

Private International Law

Although our firm specializes in French private law, we are increasingly called upon to deal with issues of international law, both private and public, on behalf of our international clientele.

In particular, we assist our customers in the field of international family law (determination of applicable law, choice of jurisdiction, etc.).

We also work with customers with interests outside France, particularly in Russia and the CIS countries.
